“a perfect stay! Location, value, staff, clean”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2012 via mobile

staff was great from the first phone call to check for a room from Miss Eva who runs the breakfast buffet. (she makes you feel like you are sitting right in her home and are a long time friend! ) hotel was very clean. You can tell the building brand new but the lobby, barhrooms, bedding, furniture are. Pet-free and smoke free. $79 for 2 kids, 2 adults with AAA. Stumbled in after a weary day in the car and already noted to stay here next time. Thanks all!

Room Tip: Stay at another hotel.

There was a terrible thunderstorm and we needed to get off the road. Thought we could trust the Choice Hotel chain. There was NO quality in this Quality Inn. It was run down, dirty, and neglected. The last two reviews are correct. I only wish we had seen them before. Dirty carpet, gross caulking around toilet, hole in ceiling, splintered door, etc. Woke to find LOTS of bed bug bites. The manager offered no apology, or compensation, and smiled as he gave us our receipt. Quality Inn should remove this Inn or risk ruining their reputation.

The worst motel I have ever seen. Dirty, filthy and totally insecured. Broken furniture, dirty carpets, vomitus on the chair, broken facet and door knobs. The worst food one can it---all we could get was toast and coffee---no milk, no juice, no eggs or fruits and no attendent at all. This property needs to be shut down.

First room we were given had poorly patched holes in walls and paint peeling off door.... Entered room ... Turned on light and the switch fell off the wall.. Front desk was accommodating and the second room was much cleaner and in better condition...

Although this is an older hotel, our room was clean, had updated furniture and fixtures, was clean and spacious. The bed had clean linens and was comfortable. We were pleased with our stay. It is not the Marriott but good for a stop over or the economical minded.

We stayed overnight in this hotel March 2010. This hotel had roaches so bad that we had to sleep with the lights on. I placed a cup of water on the counter and by morning there were several different size roaches in it. We also found roaches in our luggage when we returned to New Jersey. We will never stay in this hotel again. I must state that this was the hotel we chose to stay in for a least 5 years straight when we came to North Carolina, we don't know what happened to it, we guess it is poor management.
