I was holding a family birthday celebration and contacted Shutters to reserve a bank of rooms for the weekend. Ms. Ottavio could not have been more accommodating, providing the tower 3rd floor oceanfront rooms, since the 4th floor was under renovation. Each family member reported having a very comfortable bed and room. As a family we were able to use the breakfast room for our "picnic" dinner on Friday night, and it was also very comfortable as well. Sandy took excellent care of all the family members making their reservations, even down to a providing an extra room for unexpected members coming in from Europe at the last minute. It was a delight working with the owner and staff at this hotel!
