We arrived at the Western Sizzler at 3:40 p.m. and was charged for the dinner price. The sign at the ordering station stated dinner starts at 4 p.m. The employee who took our order stated that we could help ourselves to the lunch buffet or wait twenty minutes for the dinner buffet items to be made available. We looked at the lunch items available and they looked old and dried out. We went to the cashier handed them the receipt and walked toward the door. The cashier asked if we were ready to check out. We suggested the cashier look at the time the receipt was rang up, the incorrect charge, and the time in which we were headed toward the door. We did not eat and were not paying $43 for a dried out lunch buffet or wait twenty minutes for the dinner buffet to start that they were charging us for. We went down the road to Plaza Aztec Mexican.
