My husband and I make frequent international trips and have dined in four star restaurants such as Paul Bocuse's in Lyon, France. Recently, we dined in some pretty great places in Palm Desert. However good these experiences, they don't come close to the creativity of Chef Nick Figel. I swear, he must channel chefs in every country. It is always a new surprise to see what he might offer. If you are a foodie, don't miss eating here. You are in for a double treat, cuisine with a chance to learn about a new culture! Bon appetite.
