This place is old and not updated. We had silverfish in our bathroom and the lobby is
covered in cob webs and dust. Also the desk clerk was very rude. We will not stay here
again and not recommend this hotel to any of our out-of-town guests. There are much better
choices in Highlands. Also, our room was above the parking garage, it was freezing cold.
We had to walk down the street to another establishment for a few hours while the room
was warming up.
