3 is not the charm when it comes to tries it takes a restaurant to get out a properly prepared steak. First time it came out rare and could not hardly cut into it. Next time it came out even rarer than the first and the third time it was cooked to order but a different cut of steak that we were not told was their new marinated steak and it was terrible. Through each attempt our waitress was wonderful and empathetic; something the management could learn from. Saw the male manager checking in on the game on the TV at the bar when I'm thinking it might have been a better choice to have been ensuring quality food left the kitchen.
