i called the 1-800 # and made reservations when we got there the they charged us a 50 deposit which i was not told till we checked in. i mentioned this to the person at the desk and she told me i had reseved online and it does not state that fact when i told her i called ane reservered she told me no i didnt. not want ing to be a jerk like her i just let it so we went up to our room the paint was pealing ang the room was musky . we got ready to go to the hot tub when down it was closed.. that was straw we went back to our room packed and went to get our money back.. again the front desk was rude she said we could get another room but noway was i staying at this place.. when we asked why she didnt tell us that the hot tub was broken she just said it had been that way a year.. i told her that if we had known that we never would have checked in.. we left and found alot nicer hotel in asheville at a hloiday inn the staff was great and the room blew this one away..i would never recommend this hotel for anyone its not even good enough for a homeless person
