This was my wife's and I second time at Los Fogones, and we decided to try their Los Fogones platter. First and foremost, this was the busiest I have seen the restaurant, it was completely packed! The waiter who assisted us was not only waiting on a party of 10 people but also 4 or 5 other tables. He told us it would be a wait, and it was completely understandable, last time I came, I met the owner and his wife, and they are the only two people who work in the kitchen- to my understanding. It did take a while for us to get our food, and when we did get it, it fell nothing short of last time. The ribs were so tender, delicious! The chicken which is their specialty was as always amazing! Overall the wait was worth it, and props to the waiter for doing doing an amazing job handeling a large party plus 4 or 5 other tables! Ps. You have to try their sweet tea! It has a touch of cinnamon and clove in it. Delicious! Definitely reccomend it to anyone else.
