Stayed here for a wedding and found out that I was "chosen" to drive another relative attending to the Raleigh Airport the next morning. The staff modified my reservation and was helpful in providing directions to the wedding venue and the airport. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little light in variety with waffles being the only "freshly" made item available. There was cold cereal and microwavable biscuits available.

Very well maintained and updated facility. Very clean and comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced in 35 years of travel. Rooms clean and updated. Charging station with USB ports on night stand very handy for all devices. Will stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating to us, i asked for and received a very early check in- we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am and our room was ready for us to check in. The hotel is in an excellent location, it is off a major roadway and a direct route to the city of Raleigh and 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The outdoor pool is in excellent condition, the breakfast had a nice selection and the coffee service in the lobby is great.

This hotel is right off Highway 70 and close to Raleigh. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed here for 5 days while in the process of relocating. Couldn't ask for a more helpful staff---from the assistant manager to cleaning staff--even made some phone calls for us --- helped locate furniture stores, restaurants,and apartments etc--- very accommodating.

The hotel is hard to find, the street sign is very low and the hotel is behind the IHOP. Parking is poor and has a lot of foliage around, not a safe feeling for a woman alone or with children . The staff was super friendly, very efficient and could not be more helpful. The 2nd room was very comfortable and quiet even though it was on the first floor.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel!

We currently have a plan in place to increase the visibility of our hotel which includes the recent addition of signage at the exits of 298 and 299 from I-440 down to our hotel along with the “trail blazer” signs at 1 mile intervals.

We have a tree removal company scheduled (9/16/2013) to remove a number of trees as well to trim back some older ones giving our property a more open look and feel. We have well lit parking lots that include several security cameras around the hotel property.

You are very kind to praise our hard working staff.

We will look forward to your next stay with our hotel upon your return visit to the Raleigh/Garner area.

For great service and courtesy stay at the Hampton Inn - We stayed at Garner/Raleigh while at a wedding with the family and we enjoyed ourselves at the holel, it was much more than just for sleeping, it was a total great experience with a great staff and the best rooms around for such an affordable price.

If you are going to a show at the Time Warner Walnut Creek Amphitheater this is a good place to stay. It is close by with easy access via I-40. Recommend booking early for a show. Had a problem with a room, water puddled on the desk upon arrival, and requested a room change. They accomodated us. Too bad the front desk programmed the same room number on our keys so we had to return to the front desk a second time to get that resolved. Oh and I learned something, even being a Hilton Honors Gold member does not allow your spouse to stay for free at a Hampton Inn. Your spouse stays free at all other Hilton properties with the exception of Hampton Inns.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel!

Mother Nature made her presence known in our area about 30 minutes prior to your arrival to our hotel. We had one of our typical summer storms roll in and back out of the area all with-in 10 minutes.

The sudden downpour created the leak above the desk in the room just prior to your arrival. We have since repaired the leak.

Please accept our apologies for the unintended inconvenience of the multiple trips to the front desk to have your room key reassigned.

We trust that you did enjoy all other aspects of your stay with our hotel.

We will look forward to your next stay with our hotel when visiting the Walnut Creek Amphitheater!
