“This is a MOTEL not a HOTEL”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012

If you remember this is a motel and set your expectations accordingly then you should be OK.
The Good - nice warm rooms , nice beds and pillows , clean
The Bad - outside facing rooms so noise from cars & people ( its a motel ) , thin room walls , a tiny breakfast area too small to accommodation the rush hour , broken room furniture ( draws etc).
There are plenty of hotels in this area so hunt around for the best price and pick that place , they are all similar . Most were charging around $90 per night when were there , we have stayed 3 times over the past few years as its just off the I95

Room Tip: we have stayed here 3 times and all rooms are similar

Although very convenient to I-95, this is an older style motel with outside entrances to the rooms, not what you typically find with Hampton Inn. The room was small and cramped. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I do not like having to go out into the cold to go to breakfast. The breakfast area was very small. They did have good choices for entrees that you could warm up in the microwave and they were quite tasty. Even though this Hampton Inn had very inexpensive rooms, I would not stay here on a future trip. I prefer a hotel with inside room entrances and access to the breakfast area without having to go outside in the chilly morning air!

Room Tip: Pay a few bucks more and find another Hampton Inn.

We have stayed at quite a few Hampton Inn and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The rooms were not up to the usual standards of a Hampton Inn. The rooms were cramped and old. The furniture was in need of repair! The breakfast was good and had good choices.

Room was what was expected with an off interstate property. Clean and quiet with an outside entrance to room. Front desk was very helpful, even after midnight with our check-in. Breakfast was your average continental, but did have pancakes and french toast that you microwaved, which were actually quite tasty.

I would not call this a bad hotel, they had fair rates and there was nothing really wrong with this place it just did not have a Wow factor if that is something you want when you stay at a hotel. The breakfast room was closed due to some upgrades taking place but they did allow the guest to eat in the meeting room. This hotel is right down the street from a Wal mart and the mall so it has a great location. Either direction you can find somewhere to eat. The beds were comfy and the rooms heated up well during the night. If you are trying to stay on a budget then this would be a place to consider.

Nice Inn w/ clean rooms and pool. Decent Breakfast. Rooms all have exterior doors. Very good location off of I-95 in Fayetteville. Only a few miles from two main attractions. The Museum dedicated to Airborne & Special Operations and also the nicely done Cape Fear Botanical Gardens.

Room Tip: A/C works very well. Got cool at night. Nothing fancy,

I stayed for a business trip and was highly disappointed. I had a car service drop me off and I needed a cab for the airport the next morning. Instead of calling a cab service to pick me up the next morning like most hotels do, she hands me 2 business cards for me to do it myself. This motel didn't even have an ATM! The person at the desk gives me driving directions to the ATM down the road when there's a gas station with one right next door. The rooms are on the outside which is a safety concern for me traveling alone. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason! This hotel needs to get it together.
