I have 2 kids under 5, and I have learned to not go when they first open or on a weekend. They open at 10 on most days, and the large groups filter in. At about 12, the groups usually leave for lunch. I normally eat lunch first, and then I will get there around 1pm. They are also pretty dead during dinner time at about 6pm. Last time I went, they did not even check my arm band number to be sure I had the correct child with me. There were also not enough staff to make sure the 3 and under jumper was with only little ones.
This location is very clean, and their snack foods are reasonably priced. It is kinda pricey because if you have a child under 2 using the bouncers it is 5 dollars. Older kids are 8. Not a cheap activity for parents of several kids. There are also several areas that you cannot see your kids if they get out of your sight because of their set up. If you sit in the front, you cannot see much at all.
