Good diner food, fair price and ample portions. Nothing special though. Service was good and prompt.

“Great breakfast or lunch spot!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

I went to Elmo's on a Saturday. On my last trip to Duham the line was out the door, but this time we were able to get in. I can see why this casual spot is so populat. I had a great turkey wrap that came with fries and a small sieving of coleslaw and a pickle for around $7. The sauce on the side was a sour cream cilantro chipotle sauce and it was super good. Other diners were enjoying. What looked to be delicious breakfast fare and the salads looked good also. I will be back on my next visit. This restaurant is close to Duke University.

“Good tasty food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012 via mobile

Elmo's had good basic food that met all of our group 's tastes. Service was prompt and they were also able to accommodate the youngest member of our party (one year old). Tried to go for breakfast but it was lined up outside. Recommended.

“Fun family eating”

Another great place for brunch or dinner. Real nutritional food (not just calories) at reasonable prices where you get exceptional service. Everyone can find something on their menu.
