“Great seafood!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2013

A group of 10 friends and I stopped in to Steamers not knowing what to expect. We all enjoyed our food and sitting on the deck was fun. The $15 buckets of beer wasn't bad either considering they had a lot of micro brews and imports available. I will be back for sure.

“Note: September 28, 2013 is the last day they will be open for the season. will see them next year!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013 via mobile

My husband and I enjoyed the oyster poor boys and fries on the lovely patio outside. The fries were excellent skin on and crisp ... The oysters sweet and lightly breaded. we were told they were local! I can understand how this might not be a good choice in the summer since this packed strip of shops was busy even at the start of off season. Note: September 29th is the last day of the season then they close. Very nice spot for lunch.

“Refreshing find with light fresh seafood”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013 via mobile

After a few days of misses up and down the coast, we had almost given up on finding decent food in the region. Some local recommendations were closed for lunch on weekdays in this time of the year. Others were major disappointments and overpriced.

We then stumbled upon this gem today. Friendly courteous service with multiple options to dine (in, outdoor overlooking the pond under their semi-permeable umbrellas, or take out). We ate outdoors with our little ones. We sampled the menu and were not disappointed with any of our choices. Even our little picky eaters indulged with joy. Fish, crab cakes, slaw, soup and quesadillas. All delicious and light. Even their skin-on French fries were special. A delightful experience, will definitely return.

“wonderful food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

We were killing time in the shopping mall Timbuck 2 and we came across Steamers. I had heard this place was a great place to eat. And it was!!
My husband and I both chose the Jumbo lump crab cake sandwich for lunch. It came with fries and their cole slaw.

It was very good sandwich! I wanted another one for sure but for $15 it is pricy. The fries were good but the cole slaw was not my kind of thing. But overall great food. We sat outside and great seating.

“Great lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

A friend and I had a nice seafood lunch and dined outside. Despite the wind, the patio was pretty and the food delicious. I had the steamed shrimp which was had a nice spice kick. The counter staff was helpful in providing assistance with meal choices. Also, the chowder was very good.
