My wife and I had dinner at UK, arriving at about 6pm to a half-full dining room. The wait staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I had a Terrapin Rye Ale (one of three beers on tap) and my wife had a nice Rosee. For an appetizer we shared thai-style mussels, and for entrees we had fresh fish: I had the Mahi and my wife had Steelhead (described as like a salmon/trout mix, leaning toward salmon). We *really* enjoyed all the food. My only complaint about the food is that we were not served any bread. We could have especially used it to sop up the (yummy) mussel broth. Another drawback is that the restaurant is situated in a strip mall, hurting the atmosphere. But they've done a great job overcoming that with varied wood interior, and the small size and layout ensured the dining area was not too noisy. So overall, a great experience---we'd go back!
