My family was there on 12/7/13. There were 8 of us. The waiter spilled a glass of water on my friend's husband, who was all ok with it and told the waiter no worries at all. A few minutes later when the waiter came to the table with a glass of red wine, he spilled it on my son's girlfriend. Soaked her shirt and splattered on her boots and black pants. We immediately did the club soda blotting and she changed shirts but only to learn later that the shirt is stained and the stains will not come out of her suede boots. Sadly, we did not complain and the waiter did not offer any compensation or get a manager to come out and speak with us. Today I called to see if the restaurant is willing to take care of replacing the shirt and/or boots. The manager was super nice and offered to pay the cleaning bill. Our hope is that a dry cleaners can get the stain out. If not, we shall see what the restaurant is willing to do. We love Brio and it is our favorite place to eat in Cherokee, but we will never fail to let a manager know if there is a problem with the food or service.
