We stayed one night here on route to the Caribbean from the UK. Not our choice of hotel but organised by the Cruise Line.
We were very impressed with the service. One phone call got the courtesy shuttle direct to the door and the driver/consierge was friendly and knowledgeable.
Staff were very helpful with the questions that we had relating to getting back to the airport the following morning and allowed us to make freephone calls. Free Internet and printing was a bonus too.
We weren't in a position to use the Pool facilities but our room, with an internal window, looked directly over it and it appeared to be very clean and user friendly.
Bar Staff were very friendly and the food was very good.
Bedroom was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Our only minor complaint, which was more down to the cruise company than hotel, was that we had to leave before breakfast started so were unable to take advantage of the included food.
Highly recommend this hotel. They even have a shuttle to down town available for guests.

Travel over the holidays obliged us to overnight twice in Charlotte, a city I had never visited. I selected the Sheraton Airport because I had no idea when usual holiday travel delays might have us actually arriving in Charlotte. I wanted 24/7 shuttle service from the airport, to find a dinner for two whenever we arrived, and did not want to have to deal with taxis. This Sheraton offered all that and exceeded my expectations.

This Sheraton had prompt and efficient shuttle service from the airport, the restaurant was open until midnight, and we had a very quiet, very clean room on the top (eighth) floor, just a few steps from their Club Lounge. The staff -- from the receptionists to the wait staff to the cleaning staff -- was extremely courteous and cheerful, and the two shuttle drivers who drove us from the airport especially so. We were able to use the bellman's storage room to keep our cold-weather clothes for a week while we continued on to a warm climate. We picked them up on our return trip. This service was superb. The business center offered the use of several PC's and was convenient to the lobby and restaurant/bar.

If and when I visit Charlotte again, this Sheraton will be the first hotel I consider.

Had booked a cruise with Royal Carribean sailing from Puerto Rico - in their wisdom ?? They booked us into the Sheraton for an overnight stay

Despite RCI spoiling the experience by not turning up at the Airport - the hotel made up for this - great service at the bar and a very comfortable night - little did we know that US Airways would spoil the next day by over selling our flight and putting us on stand-by !

Thanks to the hotel for giving us great service over this time - would definately recommend

I stay here for my business travels to Charlotte. The hotel has been completely renovated and they have added some very nice touchs to it. The staff is very friendly and extremely accomodating from check in to check out. The really live up to the Sheraton commitment.
