I stay at a lot of hotels and rarely do I get treated with the respect and appreication that I received at the Hilton Executive Park. I had never stayed there before since I am usually booked uptown. The location was good, easy access to the interstate. The food (room service) was fantastic! One of the best steaks I have ever had! The front desk staff welcomed me with a warm friendly greeting. I can's say enough about this property. I is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot! I will recommend it to anyone traveling to Charlotte!

Just awful...greeting was mediocre at best. Only one working lamp in the room and it was on the night stand, not near the desk. I must also add that the lighting was very dim, pseudo flourescent lighting. I was not able to control the heat, despite my continued efforts to switch to A/C and lower the heat. The restaurant was a nightmare. We got there for dinner around 8:00 pm, we wre the only people in the restaurant. We both order filet, and we both sent them back 3 times as they kept coming our rare despite the fact mine was to be medium. Thankfully they offered not to charge us for them. I travel a lot for work and am a dedictated Marriott guest, and decided to step out and try a Hilton..never again, at least not this one.

I've stayed at the Marriott next door three times and the Hilton is much nicer.
Word of advice: Don't eat here or order room service. The food is not so good.

I had to make a last minute trip to Charlotte, NC for business. I have been a Hitlon fan over the last 2 years. I found the Hilton at Executive Park on the Hilton Website and I booked it for 1 night.

The moment I arrived, I was greated by a friendly staff. They were very professional and willing to assist in any way. The lobby was very nice and clean. The resturants were also very nice and clean and the food was good.

The rooms were very spacious and clean! I had more than enough towels and the furniture was new and the beds were comfortable. Since I am a Diamond member, I was able to use the Executive Lounge and that was very nice. The staff there was very friendly and the food and the atmosphere was very relaxing and nice.

I would recommend this Hilton to anyone. I hope to stay there again real soon.
