We arived there on Dec. 28, 2005. We were told we were booked on the third floor. As the lady at the desk gave us our room cards I asked, "Where is the elevator?" She replied " We don't have one." She said we would have to take the walk way up to the third floor. Then I asked , "Where are the luggage carts?" You guessed it, huh! She said, "We don't have any"! So we had to make several trips and carry all our stuff up to the third floor! Now I ask you, if a hotel doesn't supply an elevator, couldn't they at least offer carts for the luggage? Never again!!! Too many other hotels to put up with that!!
