The staff is what makes this hotel good for me. From front desk, to bar, to concierge lounge, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Like the location, and like the rooms for the most part. Avoid the joining rooms with doors between, as the sound insulation is not that good and you can hear the noises from other room.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is A+ and will cater to your specific needs. There are many hotel options in Charlotte and I chose the Marriott Executive Park over others. The rates are very corporate friendly and there is an excellent choice of retaurants right near the property

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. I continue to return because the staff is very accomodating to my needs. Whether they remember my past stays or not, they act as though they do. On more than one occasion I have received a personal email from a manager asking if I need anything prior to my stay. They have held pacakages for me that I have shipped before my stay and they never act as though it is an inconvenience.. This kind of personal attention separates the Marriott Charlotte Executive Park from all other hotels in the Charlotte market. This kind of service usually costs twice as much per night! This hotel is one of the best values around.

Work on the breakfast in Concierge lounge. Bacon taste very cheap and is often saturated w/ grease. Have grits more often. Bring back the larger bottles of water and mouthwash! ;-)

Also, put another universal machine in workout area.
