Work on the breakfast in Concierge lounge. Bacon taste very cheap and is often saturated w/ grease. Have grits more often. Bring back the larger bottles of water and mouthwash! ;-)

Also, put another universal machine in workout area.

Good location for this Hotel. The staff is friendly, and provides good servce.

I travel often and when in Charlotte, I prefer to stay at the Marriott Charlotte Executive Park off Tyvola. The staff are courteous and always there to help or offer assistance with your travel needs. The breakfast buffet offers speedy, homemade omelets and Belgian waffles which is a nice alternative to the usual on the go traveler.

It is a pleasure to know if you have to be away from home that at least you are with people who care about you.

Stayed here on leisure. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and had little book lights on the headboard. However, the smell of the room was musty, and the whole place lacks luster. Probably will stay elsewhere in the future.

Good proximity to Southpark mall.
