This particular hotel is undergoing major renovations. The staff had to print out our boarding passes as the office was being remodeled also due to the "business center" not put together.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, maintenance staff were friendly and helpful. The family members greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed.

Location is convenient to the airport and restaurants and gas stations.

Room did not have a hair dryer or luggage stand.

We booked this motel on the fly to have a place to stop and sleep while driving home from Orlando to Pittsburgh. Reviews werent terrible on the place so I booked it. Upon arrival, there appeared to be homeless people and strung out drug addicts sitting on the stoop to the section of the motel that was being renovated. As we pull up to the lobby, we find 4 police cars out front. My immediate thought was to drive away!! My husband walked in with me and we get the full story from one of the workers wives as to what was going on. Apparently her husbands foot was run over by one of the patrons?! They had trouble getting our registration from booking.com. It took three people and they finally got it. They were all very friendly, but cell phones were ringing loudly behind the desk and one of the workers couldnt even hear what i was saying over her phone. The police also kept coming in and interrupting our check in to ask questions of the workers which i thought was sort of rude. I wouldnt have minded so much if they had at least said "excuse me." We get to our building and find that there are matresses and building material all over the front stoops of this area as well but there are at least some cars of other guests. I felt like i was in the Bates Motel. There were sketchy looking people milling about for most of the evening as well. The pool was not even open, though i doubt i would have let my kids use it with the strange company wandering about. The room was fairly clean however the bathroom was old and very dimly lit. A portion of the floor felt like you could fall through if you stepped on it wrong and the air conditioner was so loud i couldnt fall asleep. I wasnt expecting much for the cost, but the room was the only part that was really ok. Once i was inside, i was afraid to leave it. This hotel really needs to clean up the outside company if it wants to project a better image to people.

Stuck with a late-night airline cancellation and a worthless hotel voucher, I ended up here because they have an ad at the Charlotte airport.

Check-in was actually nice and the desk man even provided a couple of bags of chips when I said I hadn't eaten dinner. That was a pleasant extra.

The room itself was nothing to raise any flags over. While it did show some signs of recent renovation, the overall impression was "past its prime" and not really all that clean. There was a mini-fridge and a microwave, however. The bed was adequate, no more than that, and some experimenting with all of the available pillows was needed to find those that were not completely flat. The biggest complaint about the room was the heat - when you shut the A/C off all day, and a guest shows up at midnight, it's going to take awhileeeeeeeeee for said arthritic A/C to cool things down enough so sleep is possible. Like a couple of hours.

Breakfast was rather sparse, cold cereals and pastries, but the coffee was fresh. Had to puzzle out the unlabeled canisters of creamer and sugar, though.

All in all, OK for a night when you are literally too tired to care and your car isn't available.

Got stuck in Charlotte on a layover so was limited for choices so early in the morning. The price was right but I am happy i didn't have to pay more. Overall the room was clean but due to tje age of everything it appeared a bit run down. The floor under the tub was structurally unsound. In the plastic tib you felt like you were going to fall through at any moment. It was also slick with no traction stickies. The airport shuttle was complimentary which was nice.
