Driving to FLorida on vacation and we stayed here overnight to sleep and recharge for the drive down to Florida.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and comfortable

Breakfeast was a big plus and enjoyable

Will stay again next year on our trip back to Florida

Very nice, comfortable hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Granite counter tops and hardwood floor between the living room and bedroom made it feel nice and homey. It was like being in a little apartment instead of a hotel room.

Breakfast was good except Sunday they shut down the buffet an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over and anyone who came down after that had to stand in the "made to order" line if they wanted hot breakfast. The line got quite long and moved slowly and people were getting annoyed.

My only complaint would be the interent service. We brought our laptop with us to Charlotte but after we followed the directions to get online with the hotels internet...we found out it cost $10 dollars a day. Not expensive but c'mon...they can't offer free wi-fi?
All in all not a big deal though.

Came to Charlotte for an overnight stay on business. Hotel is very attractive inside, check-in was simple, room was clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet and the property was centrally located on the south side of town.
Nice Managers welcome reception with breakfast flow and food taste being good.
I would reccomend this property for business travel. I like Embassy Suites overall, but find them rather generic for pleasure travel.

I was in town for 5 days/4 nights. Great rooms, very clean, love the separate living room and bedroom. The warm breakfast in the AM was good with eggs made fresh to order. And the happy hour in the evening was perfect. I did use the gym and the business center, both were adequate. The Omaha Steakhouse on site was very good and convenient. Would highly recommend this place to business travelers. Close to the Interstate and only a few miles from Uptown.
