We thought the food at Copper was very good, but if we hadn't eaten Indian food before we would have been completely lost! The descriptions on the menus were extremely complex and other than the proteins in each, if applicable, we would have no idea what to order. The server didn't offer any explanations and looked sort of puzzled as to why were asking any questions at all. The food was very authentic but I would recommend using the real name and adding a description for those who don't eat Indian often. We fared quite well and liked everything we had was very tasty, but if we went back I think I'd take crib notes.
