Every major city has a restaurant in a location like Bentley's (top floor of a downtown office building). Very few will have the food to match the location. Most will get by with average food, and hope that the view makes up for it. Bentley's has great chefs in the kitchen who consistently deliver delicious, perfectly cooked meals every time. Arrive early, and enjoy a drink in the bar. There are several small tables along the windows where you can enjoy the sunset. I've also hosted several business dinners and events there. They have many private/semi-private dining areas that can accomodate small to large groups. Also open for lunch. Like other people have said, if you want to sit by the windows, make sure you make a reservation.
