We were at Zuma for a birthday celebration on 7/27/08. There were games that were completely down and several times games took tokens but would not work. There was no one manning the miniature golf counter to give clubs, etc. The server that brought our food out never came back to see if we needed anything else. We went to the order counter and ordered an extra pizza but never got it. We noticed several workers just standing around talking near the order counter and doing nothing to help customers. We were extremely disappointed with our experience there and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Arrived for birthday party to find it was closed until 3pm for private party, came back at 3. Had only 2 lines open to accommodate ALL food, beverage, and attraction purchases, thus the line was quite long. We didn't partake of their food because after waiting for the line to diminish and attempting to approach the counter to ask a question, we were met with rolled eyes and asked to step aside so she could help someone approaching from across the room. Staff was rude and management unconcerned. Lost tokens in numerous games and no staff on the floor to give refunds. Several games failed to give the much coveted tickets that should have been "won". There is only one machine that counts tickets so that line was obnoxiously long. The carpet was inherited from Celebration Station, many, many years back, which lends the feeling of "dirtiness". The bumper boats and go carts weren't operating due to threat of a storm, however the outdoor kiddie rides were operational... hmmm, not safe for adults but okay for the little ones(?) The batting cages gladly accepted coins however failed to present the appropriate pitches, sometimes none at all. Staff acknowledged the problem but failed to replace lost tokens. The accoustics aren't good so it's very loud and there is this one particular "sound" like the score from a horror movie, that plays over and over and over until you feel like you just might rip your ears off! Sadly, we had purchased the 280 token package and were forced to stay until we spent (or lost) them in a machine. We left in much need of a shower!

This is awesome for a large family. The games does not cost much at all. I have 4 boys. We spent only 10 dollars and they had a blast for hours. The next time we went we spend only 35 dollars for all of our children and my husband and myself to play golf. Had a blast.

I took my son and some of his friends for his 11th birthday. We got there and the attendant measured the boys and said they could ride all the attractions outside and sold me all day arm bands for the boys. The first ride they go to was the go carts at the back of the lot and after waiting 20min to ride it when it was their turn all the boys got to ride exept my son. The ride operator told him he was too short. He held him back and let the others on. I took my son and sought out a manager to see what was going on since I was told he was ok to ride all the rides. Manager says yep hes too short. He tells me he can give me an armband so I can ride him on the ride. Now what 11 yr old wants his mommy riding him on the go carts while all his buddies are playikn and having fun. Still not happy the manager says he'll give me 4 passes to come back another time. I wanted a refund so I could take the boys to another spot where I knew he would be albe to ride the rides. The manager said no he couldnt do that. I am a single mom and do not have an extra 100 or so laying around to pay for a birthday party twice. At this point my son is embarasses, in tears, and just wants to leave. I took what the manager gave me and instead of causing a scene on the spot (which in retrospect is what I should have done) I left and figured I would sort it out Monday. I just wanted to try and salvage my sons birthday. I called Monday and spoke to a sales rep and she said she would give me a refund. When I arrived at the location to pick up my refund the manager said they still wouldl not refund my money I just had to take what they gave me on Sat . I advised him my child never wanted to return therefore the passes were worthless I left the passes with him. It was a miserable experience and I would not recommend anyone visit this establishment.
