We spent two nights here, one inbound and another 11 days later. We had a one bedroom suite.

The room was decent size. Our daughter used the sofa couch and slept okay. We found our king bed to be a bit soft however this is a personal type of item.

The room was clean and ready when we got to the hotel. Despite work going on, check in was smooth and friendly. Breakfasts were fine.

Location is outstanding with the mall just a few blocks away. Plenty of food there which worked as we flew in late in the day. Neighborhood was also fine.

This hotel is in a great location and pretty good shape. You can easily walk to some nice restaurants (Del Frisco's which is built to resemble the one in New York) and a great nearby shopping mall. There are other nice restaurants (The Palm) and additional shopping in a very short drive as well (5-6 blocks). The rooms are very large and everytime we have stayed here we have had a full small kitchen (fridge, sink, dishes) and a small seating/living room area. The rooms are also above average in cleanliness. We have also used the indoor pool and a Panera Bread is within walking distance for a morning coffee. Like I said, we have stayed here twice, once with friends, and all of us would go back and probably are going back sometime.

This Hotel is near plenty of shopping and dining. The room was clean and spacious and it was perfect for our trip. I would definately stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a week after a cross country road trip. The suite was fantastic. It had a fire place in the living room, full kitchen with diswasher and flat screen TVs in all 3 rooms. We didn't have housekeeping everyday as we didn't need it but they restocked the microwave popcorn and coffee when they were in. There was dishwasher detergent, dish soap, etc. The table in the dining area seated 4 comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the internet worked fine. The decor was exceptional. It had a modern "loft" look about it. It was very pleasing.

We never made it to the Manager's reception. I went down once and there were still some beverages but when I tried to reach for one the attendant snatched it away. He told me it ended 10 minutes previously. Whatever, I can afford to buy my own soda...get a grip. You can get free bottles of water at the reception desk. A little annoying having to go down and ask for it but it is free and we took them up on it a couple of times.

Having eaten way too many hotel complimentary breakfasts I'm not a big fan of them but I would have to say that this breakfast was actually pretty good. Not as good as what you might pay for but better than any other Residence Inn or Embassy Suites (yuck!) or the hundreds of other hotel/motel breakfasts I've had. We actually ate breakfast there the entire stay which is unusual for us.

The parking is a bit of a hike and actually sort of strange at first. The hotel is hard to find, tucked behind Panera bread. We couldn't locate it on the GPS because the street name had changed and actually passed the entrance. They are near/attached to an office building so you could easily miss them at first. We dropped off and loaded right in front and that was very easy and after a couple of days found a place to park that was convenient to the back door which is where everybody enters and exits. There are actually two parking lots and if you can find the smaller one it is less of a walk .

It is close to South Park mall...walking distance really. And some nice restaurants including Village Tavern.

There was a common computer with a printer in the lobby/breakfast area. I think this might have been the business center. I needed to print some things and had a hard time getting access to it.

The hotel takes dogs but they charge a hefty fee. I believe it was $100. And we paid $200 a night but for the size and the decor as well as the amenities it was well worth it.

This was definitely the nicest Residence Inn we have stayed at.
