Handicapped parking is located FAR from the door. Dropping-off at the front entrance an nightmare - very cramped and difficult maneuvering. No coffee and cookies at night. The double suite we stayed in did not have hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. Hotel did not respond. Front desk was moderately friendly - definitely not "welcoming." This is a business hotel. It is neither family-friendly nor senior-friendly. The only good thing was the fireplace in the room and the breakfast bar. The coffee was weak and tepid when they did have it. We went up to the nearby Panera Bread for a decent cup of coffee. There's no Starbuck's nearby. We won't be staying here again. After many Residence Inn stays, we would rate this at the bottom of the list.
