You had better not be on a time schedule. 14 min to get water and soda to the table. Then 25 more min to get apps (Calamari) and they were cover cooked to the point that after you removed the breading the calamari was translucent.while sitting for 40 min a server walked past and asked me if i needed a to go box, I kind of raised my voice and said I have not even had my food yet!!! at the 45 min mark the entrees arrived which was burned. I Ordered a fried steak so I dont expect great quality from even a 5 star place but this one was burnt black, and curled up, when the server placed it on my table the grease was still puddled up in the curve of the meat. My partner ordered lomo saltado and there was no flavor at all, NONE. The manager who seemed to be 18-20 years old came over and said he would remove all items from our bill and comp us. I stated NO, we will pay for what we have eaten I dont want anything free. So the Lomo was $15.. OMG you can go to Viva Chicken or Machu Picchu for $9 and get a huge plate. This place needs a manager that knows how to manage and a cook or chef to take control of the kitchen. I was told that my orders were late because of 2 parties that were in front of us ( one was a 5 top and one was a 6 top) WOW. what if i brought my friends of 17 that we eat out at once a month, I guess they would have to shut down to take care of us. ONE MISTAKE to many,
