stayed at the hotel and ate at the restaurant for dinner, most hotel restaurants are over priced and not good. i was pleased to be wrong in this case. the service was excellent and the food was awsome. we started off with the lobster bisque and tuna appitizers, great. the tuna seared perfectly rare, beutiful fish. I had the cowboy steak and my wife the seabass, we also asked for a crab cake on the side (being from baltimore we try them every where we eat, more then often very disappointing). the steak was cooked perfectly, very tender and great flavor. the seabass was moist and flacky, perfect. the crab cake was a true gift from the kitchen, perfect. we came to find out the chef is origanlly from Baltimore, and he did the crab cake justice, thank you for the great meal.
