I went to The Palm for the first time since living in Charlotte this winter. It was extremely cold out on the day we visited. The restaurant was cozy inside. Immediately they turned the heat up to accomodate our group because we ate in a room that was separate from the majority of the customers in the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; not stuffy. The servers were friendly, fast and very accurate with our orders. When the food arrived, everyone's meal was warm and plentiful! The presentation on the plates were all very appealing. Our glasses were never empty and whatever we needed the servers were right there at our disposal. The prices were a little high but well worth it. There was something to eat whether you're a vegan or a whole-hearted meat eater. I loved the experience and my favorite part was the desserts. They were enormous and I love how they decorate your to-go box. I'd definitely go back again.
