I tried Salsarita's for the first time last night. The location I went to was the new location on Harris Blvd. I have to say the service was less than stellar. I ordered a mexican pizza and my fiance ordered a chicken quesadilla. Upon ordering the mexican pizza, the staff went to work making the pizza. Meanwhile my fiance requested a combo which included chips and a drink. She got to the next part of the line and they asked what she would like on here "quesadilla." She asked for vegetables, cilantro, and cheese. They ended up being out of vegetables and said that it would take 15 minutes to cook more. She declined and they proceeded. The prep time took a rather long time, as the staff seemed very disorganized. When the food finally came up to counter, they brought her a burrito rather than a quesadilla. They also forgot her chips and salsa. My pizza was very very greasy and definitely not something I would have recommended to my dog. Also this place should be called "Salsanazi's." I say that because we had to pay an additional 1.99 for chips and salsa and they gave us a very small amount of salsa and you were limited to one type of salsa. At Moe's, they have a salsa bar, where you can mix and match, or try them all.
Postives: The salsa I tried was good
Negatives: Service, quality, experience
My recommendation: Try Moe's or Qdoba, both good stuff with Moe's being my top choice in this category.
