Nice hotel but the staff needs some work on customer service. The same person was on duty the first two times I went by the front desk and the look on her face was like you are bothering me. On top of that they gave one of our group a blanket with a big blood stain on it !!

The different front desk clerk at check out did not even know how their own policies worked.

Overall nice hotel, Decent rate, just not great service.

My family stayed at this hotel this past weekend. We were greeted right away by friendly staff at the front desk and whenever we passed by throughout the weekend they smiled and asked if everything was OK. They gave us suggestions for local restaurants and drew us a map by hand to make sure that we got there fine. Rooms were spotless and comfortable and the water in the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The staff was very wonderful and so helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, best hotel beds I've slept in the last little while, and the price was very reasonable for the accomodations. Thank you!

We stayed here on our way down to Atlanta, and I would like to say I was every pleased with this hotel. First off the Staff is fantasic and frendly, while being very knowledgable. With being a race weekend in charlotte, the place was Packed. Even with it packed, this staff made you feel like you were the only ones here. Room was clean, and comfortable. We will stay again, if in the area.
