The hotel elected to rent out a 'meeting room' directly under our room for a party, resulting in music so loud that our windows and mirrors were vibrating in the room. When we called the front desk, and tried to communicate over the noise, they responded by treating us like we were being a nuisance. I needed to be up at 5 AM, but the blaring music made sleep impossible. Really sad, because otherwise, the hotel would have been a decent deal. I received an apology from the manager stating "We inform everyone that we do not allow loud music but sometimes people don't listen" - I felt this a lame excuse. The party had an amplified sound system, and we could here the music from the main road, 1/4 mile away when we pulled in. The management just chose to ignore the noise.

I've never been to Charlotte before so I had the slightest idea of what area to book my hotel in or even how to get to the event that I was coming for but all of my worrying came to an complete end when I was directed to the Country Inns & Suites through a friend. From the beginnig of my phone conversation with the reservation clerk until the end of my stay I felt like I was staying at a 6 star hotel!! it was awesome. The prices were very affordable and the employees were some of the most friendliest people I've ever encountered. I dont know where those bad reviews came from but they couldnt had stayed at the same hotel as I. But overall I gave them an A+ and now My family will be staying here for our reunion!!! Thank You so much for your superb hospitality!

Very clean at a nice quiet location, this Inn is set back off the road and our room looked out into the woods, which gave us the feeling of being in the country. The rooms were meticulously clean and the queen beds were super comfortable, with plenty of room for our granddaughters porta-crib.
Staff was pleasant, but lacked in their ability to recommend area attractions.
First morning breakfast was very comprehensive, with fresh fruit, cereal, breakfast sandwiches and hot waffles. Second morning they ran out of food, which was disappointing. Breakfast area was clean and pleasantly decorated, as was the lobby.
Would absolutely stay again when we return.

Let me begin by saying how much I enjoyed staying at that hotel. The moment I checked-in I had a feeling that this will be a good hotel to stay at considering I work for IBM which is only a block away from the hotel. They had everything I needed as a business traveler plus this time around I had my wife and my 6 year old daughter with me. While I was out working, my wife and daughter had fun in their indoor swimming pool. The wheather was cloudy and my wife is not much of a outside person. Ofcourse when I came back they told me what they did all day and usually my daughter is not thrilled at staying at a hotel. We went to Carrowinds on Saturday after I finished all my work on Friday afternoon. It is so conveniently located near all the good restaurants.
I have nothing to say about the rooms other than saying they were in excellent condition. The new mattress was really comfortable and having a suite with 2 TV's that's like heaven in a hotel room where your daughter can watch what she wants and I don't necessarily have to watch her cartoon channels all evening.
Hey I'm a picky person but they made everything perfect from the staff to the service.
