I was expecting some type of "luxury" experience. I was greatly disappointed. The name "Hilton" should be replaced with "High end Hotel 6." I entered and was smothered by the smell of garlic. The pool is hardly more than an oversized bath tub. There were no pool towels and the clerk gave me bath rugs to use! She also told me there were no laundry facilities on site and I saw a huge sign "GUEST LAUNDRY" when I was approaching the elevator. It was definitely overpriced and not what I was expecting.

We stayed in this hotel one night (May 2006). The front desk and breakfast staff were excellent! They were friendly and accommodating. The only problem was the cost. We paid over $150 and the hotel is basically a Hampton Inn- although WITHOUT the nice new Hampton Inn beds, without the free breakfast, and double the price. The room was adequate but the bathroom door was dirty, the pool was nice but VERY small. The hotel is right next to the interstate and very noisy - you can hear the trucks all night long. This hotel is not worth the cost.

My family stayed here for one night as we were driving through, we got in late, they new me by name because I had made a reservation. Gave us 2 complimentary waters. Very Clean, inexpensive, will probably stay here from now on going between Cleveland and HHI.
