Stayed here for 3 nights with my whole family. It certainly wasn't bad, but I have a hard time giving it 4 stars for "very good". I'd say "better than average", but not "very good".

Good: room size (average for "suite" hotel, but bigger than normal hotels), breakfast (good selection, some hot items), location (close to shopping mall, many other stores/restaurants, freeway), friendliness of staff, rooms have small fridge and microwave

Not so good: check in took a very long time (seemed like there was a lot of confusion because we had asked for 2 connected rooms when we made the reservation), check out took a while (no express check out), housekeeping never cleaned 1 of the rooms on the 1st night, AC is noisy (but this was good for our 10 month old), unreliable internet/WiFi, business center supplies low, fitness room only adequate and a little run down.

We stayed here for one night in July 2008. This hotel was amazing. The rooms were large and very clean. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness. We got a senior's 60+ rate of $79.96. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The foyer, lounge & eating area was decorated just beautifully. The free hot breakfast was more than we expected. What a variety there was to chose from. We would definitley stay here again. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Other than dealing with the carpet being replaced in the hallway, the stay was nice.

I would have given the hotel a 5 rating except that the first night we were there the room smelled a little damp when the air conditioner was on. We were here for 4 nights during race weekend. The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. The rooms aren't large but they are adequate. They had a Manager's reception during the week. The hotel is close to interstate but not so close as to hear the traffic noise. There is a Bob Evans and a Mexican Restaurant within walking distance as well as a Subway and Quiznos. There is some sort of restaurant next door but we didn't go there so I can't tell you anything about it. The hotel had a bunch of pamphlets laid out for the race fan with things to do in the area. This hotel isn't really close to any attractions but is convenient to Interstate which was important to us.
