We have now eaten here twice, and both times found the server to be exceptionally personable and capable, and the food to be delicious. We arrived uptown last night in plenty of time to relax and dine before the showing of "War Horse"...Around 5:20 in fact, and without a reservation had to sit at the bar even though the place was nearly empty. Within an hour it was packed! The bartender (Dennis) was very helpful and again, quite personable. We weren't in the mood for a large meal, so ordered from the Bar Bites and Antipasti sections of the menu. All three things we got (Calamari, Eggplant Parmigiana, and the small Goat Cheese, Mushroom and Caramelized Onion pizza) were excellent. I wasn't too familiar with the wines on the list but Dennis was helpful in our decisions. Others have adequately described the decor and ambiance here, so I'll skip over that. We'll be back.
