Just wanted to tell you that we enjoyed our stay with you. The young lady at the front desk (Krissy) was so very nice and helped us find a restaurant that we wanted to go to. Also, she gave us directions to the airport from that restaurant. Please know that we truely appreciate the quality of this young staff member and thank you for select such a person to represent you. We we able to get a good nights rest before our flight to Dallas and trip to Mexico for our sons wedding. Thank you!!

This motel was very conveniently located to the tourist areas we planned to visit. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Although our room was smoke free and clean, it still had a somewhat smoky odor. The contentinal breakfast was satisfactory, but the dining area was a short distance across the hall from the breakfast area and very near the front desk/entrance. The power went off early on the morning of our departure due to a traffic accident in the area. The staff did a GREAT job of managing everything under the circumstances. This Microtel wasn't as nice overall as one we had stayed at in several times in another part of town. Of course, the other one was newer and the lobby/dining/entrance area was much more spacious.

It was a nice stay at the Microtel at CLT airport. Good rooms w/o no airport or interstate noise.

Great for staying in and leaving vehicle at beginning and end of trip. Safe, convenient and hospitable!
