Fuel is billed as NY style pizza, but having grown up in NJ near NYC, I can't agree w/them. For me, NY Style puzza has a very crispy but not burnt/bitter crust (thin & chewy), with a little marinara sauce & a nice smount of high wuality cheese. This isnt quite what you get at Fuel Pizza, although they get close. However, the pizza is good & the toppings offered are many, so you can customize your pie. Service is decent, you order, wait, then go get ur pie when it's ready. I personally like their Chicken Wings, which I think they do quite well. You can choose between a range of "hotness" & they come w/the expected celery sticks & blue cheese dressing.
If u want real NYC pizza, try Luigi's, run by two young brothers from Brooklyn. These guys get it prerfect!!
