I booked a single night (Sunday) for a quick business trip. Drove (in my private car) and found the hotel without problem. When I arrived, it seemed a bit shabby and rundown (but for $38/night, I could cope). About half of the doors seemed to be missing doorknobs/locks (like they'd been drilled out and just left). I got out of my car and noticed a young man staring at me strangely. I asked if he knew where the office was and he replied that it had been closed for hours.
My reservation indicated check in after 4pm and it was 5pm. But he was right: office hours were 8a-6p Mon-Fri and 8a-3p Sat/Sun. The office was CLOSED! I called the main number and could hear the phone ringing in the office. I called the "emergency" contact number listed in the office window ("call CJ for emergencies at ###") and reached a generic computer voicemail "please leave msg". So I called Priceline to search for a new hotel (never received a call back from the hotel OR the emergency line, even 24hrs later).
The worst part? Another "guest" arrived via TAXI from the airport. She'd booked directly through the hotel for a week's stay. I ended up driving her to another hotel (glad I had my car). I called the hotel the next afternoon and they gave me some song and dance about how the "weekend guy" just never showed and didn't tell anyone. NOT PROFESSIONAL!
So I have no idea what a stay at this place is like, but I would NOT recommend even attempting to stay.
