I liked the front desk person as I checked in later at night. She was very busy but was able to balance putting out breakfast, front desk and a lot of check-ins and paperwork. I wonder why, however, many of the staff seemed to have more to do than possible to do. Would like to remind management or owners that one room lost revenue would pay the salary of another person helping. Seems like a good investment to me!
