When we first arrived- lobby was beautiful and the front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. Upon going in room- everything was perfect. Very clean, had a great odor, bed very comfortable and high speed was great. Had a great night sleep. They had a very good hot breakfast. Everything was fresh. The breakfast lady was also very sweet and helpful. I will DEFINENTLY stay there again and I recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for a hotel that will meet all their requirements and more.

I have now stayed at this hotel twice for business, and have certainly had all my concerns solidily confirmed. On my last visit I arrived in the evening, and upon turning on the lights in the room, had a roach scurry across the wall. So unless you like the idea of bugs, I suggest you not stay here. Also, there was an air cleaner in my room that did a very poor job of removing the stale cigarette smoke odor in my NON-Smoking room. Lastly, the lobby was full of what I would describe as female escorts dressed in their hoochie mama outfits. This hotel in my opinion is a poor choice, given the numerous other options near by.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on our way from NY to FL. It is conveniently located off I-77 and was advertised as a pet-friendly hotel (which all Comfort Inns claim). I booked a king, no smoking room on-line and indicated in comments that I was bringing one small dog. At check-in, I was told that the only "pet room" that was available was a 2 double bed room on the first floor. I protested, reminding the desk clerk of my comment (which obviously wasn't read). Without comment, she gave us a king n/s room on the second floor. While I was checking in, she answered a phone call and stated that there was only one double "pet room" available for that night - apparently a line that is used over and over again. Our room was clean but tired looking (they had just had a cleaning review done this day and scored a 95% - coincidence?). Our bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a very quiet area off the main road. The microwave did not work. Would I stay here again - probably, but only because we travel with a pet. Non-pet lovers should note that pets are allowed to come in through the lobby area so you may encounter some animals during your stay.

I stayed here with my family recently. The place has been renovated recently. The staff is very friendly. It is a good place to stay for money. I recommend it based on my experience.
