I have nothing but positive things to say about my time spent at the Comfort Inn Executive Park. I travel extensively for work (I spent a third of 2007 - 2008 on the road away from home) and so I take myself to be an informed critic when it comes to hotel service and atmosphere.

Since this trip was personal as opposed to business-related I had to book my reservation myself. Starting with booking my reservation with the staff over the phone, I was greeted with a pleasant hello and had completed my reservation booking within 10 minutes of calling.

Once arriving at the hotel, I was given my room key and asked if I were in need of anything else at the time of check-in and if not, to simply call the front desk if I should find myself in need of anything at any time during my stay.

I spent 4 nights at this particular location and found the service to be great, and the rooms very comfortable. In speaking with the staff I was informed that a renovation of the hotel had occurred only within the past 8 - 10 months. It definitely showed. The furniture in the hotel rooms was newer, and the bathrooms showed themselves to have new countertops.

All in all it was a very comfortable stay. I was very happy with the customer service I received and I will definitely look this hotel up the next time I find myself in the area.

Not bad, but not good...but could've been worse.

Lobby was nice. My bed was ok, but my room had old carpet. I'm really not one to complain but I had to change rooms. I've been to other hotels which were worst and paid more, so not a big deal, trust me. The area is ok, not much to see, but for $85 it was fine. Breakfast was simple, nothing extravagant. The front desk clerk was very friendly. Thumbs up, but they need some improvements.

We stayed at this hotel with a party of 18 people for 6 nights. We stayed in 5 rooms between all of us. The group consisted of 5 adults, 11 teenagers and 2 children under age 12. The outside of the hotel was attractive and was away from busy roads so there was no traffic noise. The front desk people were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very simple (bagle, cereal, boiled eggs, waffle, danish, juice, milk) but clean and well stocked. With the exception of one room, the rooms were just okay. One room had blood on the comforter and dirty sheets, yuk! Of the other four rooms the only problems were 1) the electric card style door lock did not work on one door but was fixed quickly by hotel saff. 2) In two of the rooms after several showers were taken the carpet outside the bathroom along the wall and bed were wet. 3) All but 1 one the rooms had four people staying in them and housekeeping insisted on leaving only three towels. This was fixed by going to get another towel from the front desk but was a bit annoying. Numerous people from other groups used the swimming pool but we did not. The water in the pool was a cloudy green. I think it was suppose to be like that because the pool and pool area was clean. Maybe it's just a Florida thing but we are use to clear water in swimming pools. The hotel is a smoking or non-smoking hotel, make sure you reserve your preference. Although the hotel had some issues it was not terrible. The price was very reasonable and our basic needs were met by the hotel. The hotel is located near several places to eat and about 12 minutes from the downtown area. We will probably never stay here again but we have stayed in worse places.

I was having trouble booking the hotel online so I called to make reservations. The front desk clerk informed me that he had two clients in front of him and that I would have to wait. I told him it would not be a problem. Then he stated that I should just drive down to the location and make reservations at the front desk. I informed him that I lived 3 hours away and wanted to make reservations before I arrived. He then stated that I could just drive down anyway and that I didn't have to worry about not getting a room. Upon arrival (3 hours later) I was not greeted in a kind way, more like I was being a bother. When I needed extra towels and called the front desk I was told, "you need to come down here and get them." The microwave was missing parts, the television only got about 10 channels, the elevator was filthy, the walls were dirty, etc. Yes it only cost $59.00 a night but I expected better. I will not stay in this particular Comfort Inn again and I will advise family, friends, and co-workers to do the same.

I stayed at this hotel for my Uncle's wedding. The rooms were musty and smelled terrible (there was some sort of air dehumidifier that ran constantly and made lots of noise), there was no way to control the temperature in your room, and the floors were dirty. The morning of my uncle's wedding, the power shut off, a water main broke and we had no water for 2 hours (and once it got cut back on it was brown for 45 minutes), and the fire alarm went off for no reason and took over 10 minutes to get cut off. There is a definite language barrier and I had a difficult time communicating with hotel staff. Asked for an extra blanket and one was not sent until the following night and it was still damp. Coffee was not always available. The only reason I stayed the second night is because all the other hotels were booked out for a conference. Avoid this place at all costs- I should have just slept in my car and saved my money.
