Room was very nice and spacious, and very clean. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. Internet access was spot-on, had no trouble connecting with my wireless laptop. The only problem I had was not related in any way to the hotel - pizza delivery took over two hours! Loved the place, and have it booked again for a weekend stay in September for the Charlotte Autofair car show. I plan on making this the place I stay for this show from now on. Very convenient to Lowe's Motor Speedway and the other attractions in the area. The parking lot was completely full for the weekend I was there, so I had to park on the entrance road. That is the only minor issue I can think of with my stay, but that was not a big deal. Even saw some police officers cruise through, keeping an eye on things.

We got in late on the first day of a family vacation. The hotel is OK - little dated - SMALL double beds - no hot water in one of our rooms - shower rod falling off the wall in the other.

Got phone call from the front desk in the am - police had located our vehicle in a neighborhood (neighbors called in suspicious activity) and tracked us down on some of the papers left in the car. They jimmied the car in the parking lot of the hotel and drove it away to ransack it. We were the second car they hit on this night. According to the police, this has happened to at least 30 vehicles FROM THIS HOTEL PARKING LOT and the hotel has done NOTHING to increase security i.e. add cameras for the lots, hire a security person, etc. We lost all electronic items and one of our suitcases which they dumped to carry the electronic items taken out of the car. Luckily, we took all money, CCs, etc. into the hotel with us. They got IPODS, the car radio, my cell phone and a lap top. AVOID THIS HOTEL UNTIL THEY DO D SOMETHING TO ENSURE THIS STOPS!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was great. The hotel is either new or recently renovated…it was spotless. The rooms are large with a separate sitting area and desk. It easily fit the rollaway cot for my son. The microwave and refrigerator are a nice touch. The deluxe continental breakfast was great. It had not only the standard bagels, muffins and cereals but Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Mike, the front desk clerk is an asset to the Comfort Suites organization. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is a great hotel at a reasonable price!

Nice stay. Large spacious room, with separate sitting area. Had a fridge, microwave and sink. Room kind of outdated, small tv, and had a ladybug guest. But overall, room was clean, bathroom was clean, nice and peaceful. Good service. Located close to many restaurants. Would stay here again.
