Stayed on a Saturday night with my wife and two kids during a sight-seeing trip. Hotel is an older Hampton but it has been refurbished and has the new beds. Pool is outdoor and hadn't been too well cleaned when we used it (bugs/leaves). Rooms on the small side but clean and Hampton-esque. Breakfast included the microwaveable eggs/pancakes/sausage rather than freshly made ones. Staff were pleasant but there weren't too many of them around. Location is good. Concord MIlls Outlet Mall is about 5-10 minutes North and Downtown Charlotte 10 mins to the South.

We stayed for two nights during the Coca-Cola 600 and the staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean

I have stayed at this hotel at least a half a dozen times in the past few months while traveling to Charlotte on business. The staff always remembers my name, my perferences, and is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant remembers not only my name, but the names of other regualrs, as well. The hotel management goes out of their way to make sure that staying here is pleasant.

The rooms and entire hotel have always been extremely clean. I am a women and travel alone and have never felt unsafe in this hotel or the area of the hotel.

While taking my sister to a dance camp at University of North Carolina Charlotte we stayed at this hotel. During the night our van and a car next to us were broken into. They took $4000 worth of stuff out of the van and broke 3 windows. We are out $1000, $500 deductable for the car and $500 deductable for the stuff in the car. All the Hampton did was to comp the room for one night. They wouldn't comp for the second night and we left on a 10 hour trip home with 3 broken windows. All we got from the Hampotn Inn was "the Hampton Inn assumes no responsibility for theft and damages." There were not even any secruity cameras in the parking lot. What if there had been a single woman in the parking lot that night. We will never be staying at another Hilton brand hotel when we travel. You should be wise to do the same.
