The room we had was a two-room suite, with a king sized bed in one room (with the bathroom attached), and the living room/kitchen in the other. I'd probably stay here again, but only if we got it at a really good rate. I don't think I'd pay more than $80/night.
Pros: I loved having a celing fan in the bedroom, and the bed itself was pretty comfortable. Nice hotel staff, good location to be able to navigate from. Not a whole lot within walking distance, which would have been nice, but not a breaking point for me. The property definitely looks like it used to be an aprtment complex...which really isn't a big deal. It had a nice-looking pool, although I never got to use it.
Cons: Our smoke detector was dismantled and hanging down from the ceiling, which wasn't exactly safe. We had issues adjusting the A/C at first. The room was *WAY* too hot when we arrived. I don't remember what it was set on, but it was not high enough for the 100+ degrees it was outside. We quickly adjusted it, but when we moved the A/C switch it colder, it automatically moved the heat switch to hotter. Huh? We finally worked it out and got the room cooled off. The bathroom was pretty small, and our tub was stained and there was tape on the door keeping the latch part from coming off. Easy enough to fix...but just weird.... The buildings were horribly numbered though, and it took us forever to find our room!
