This is a great place for Diner food! The prices are reasonable and the food is good. None of the standard chain restaurant fare and no fancy dishes matching a postcard menu - but good home country cooking with a simple but tasty style. They have daily specials at a good price and the menu is reasonable even without the daily special. The Owner does the cooking and takes pride is simple but wholesome local foods and the favorites of the 60's. The shrimp and grits -- best value in town! The pulled pork plate a real treat cooked fresh daily. One of my new favorites - sometimes simple and good is just better!
