This was my wife and I's first stay at a B&B and it was wonderful. Kathy runs an excellent establishment and you are treated like family.
Breakfast features fresh made pastries and the coffee is to die for. Fresh Breakfast is from her varied repertoire and all the jellies and jams are fresh (Get the Fig Jam made from the fig Trees in the back)
We enjoyed watching the sunset on the deck as the sun faded behind the lighthouse and have made some new friends we met during the week.

I highly recommend staying here and do some fishing if you get the chance.

LOVED the three nights we spent at Cape Hatteras B&B ! Cathy was very friendly and helpful...Billy, the CHEF was a riot ! Enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening and watchinig the light from the Hatteras Lighthouse !! Also enjoyed RASCAL, the parrot, AND the 2 cats that live upstairs with the Innkeeper ! It was a perfect central location for our island hopping vacation in which we saw 4 lighthouses ! wOULD love TO RETURN AGAIN....and stay in the ANDREW room...so we could see the LIGHT from our room ! We sure picked a WINNER for our 1st stay in a Bed & Breakfast ! We will definitely return.....
