Tonight was my fourth visit to DaVinci's Table and it won't be my last! I have eaten their "basic" spaghetti, lasagna, and fettuccini alfredo. All were delicious!
First for the atmosphere: This is a small, intimate restaurant. There is no blaring music, just a nice, pleasant background music playing. Normal conversation is easy to carry out. The décor is beautiful and the lighting is lowered, which makes the dining experience more enjoyable and relaxing.
Tonight, our waitress, Tammy, did a great job, as have all of our previous servers. She didn't hover, but was there every time we needed her and was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the menu.
Our food was delivered quickly and piping hot! My husband enjoyed a filet mignon and said it was as enjoyable as any he had eaten at specialty steak houses.
Tonight I ordered the basic spaghetti with meat sauce. [Almost every entrée may be ordered in the "luncheon size" for those with smaller appetites.] The spaghetti dinner is under $8.00 and includes a salad or soup, garlic knots, and additional garlic toast. The sauce is incredibly delicious and obviously made on site. Very delicious!!
My husband's steak was tender and delicious and included charred whole green beans with yellow cherry tomatoes , baked potato, and a side salad. The steak was pricier than my spaghetti, but the cut of meat was excellent.
The specials at DaVinci's are unique and very different from other local restaurants in our area. They truly are specials; not simply a normal menu item that is featured for the night. Tonight's special was an Oktoberfest special with authentic German cuisine, and a bronzed Grouper.
The restaurant maintains an excellent health rating and the restaurant is always clean and is such a relaxing place to enjoy a great meal.
