Que Sera is very unassuming looking from the outside, but don't let that fool you. Inside, a fine dining experience awaits as no other in Black Mountain .... or for that matter, the entire Asheville area. It's small and intimate, so avoid disappointment, I'd call ahead for a reservation. Ingredients are fresh beyond a fault and most of it locally procured. Amazingly tender and succulent beef, veal and lamb were the choices in our party of three. Service is friendly without being overly familiar, a nice change. As with much of the newer, lighter cuisines, portions are smaller, but oh so exquisitely prepared and delicious. We will be back every time we return to Black Mountain. EVERY TIME. Five star dining at four star prices.
