“Best breakfast around town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013 via mobile

This was our first time at the Morning Glory Cafe. Great food and atmosphere. We only got food from the breakfast menu. There were so many choices of fresh food. They have very nice seating area outside. Would definately recommend this to anyone around the Asheville area.

“Shrimp and grits...WOW!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

Ok... you know a place is good when you go five days in a row...I had their Shrimp and Grits for four days straight and only changed on the fifth day just to make sure I wasn't missing something else on the menu.

“Fabulous find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

We found this place by accident on the way to Asheville. Fabulous and funky food. Great informal atmosphere. We timed our departure back so we could justify stopping here for lunch on the way home.

“Great healthy local food for breakfast lunch and dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013 via mobile

Breakfast and lunch are always delicious and you can sit outside on the patio with your dog. Dinner is superb. The chefs specials are always amazing and creative. The prices are right. I love all the local products and meats they use. It can be a very healthy place to eat if you want it to be. It's worth driving to black mtn

“Poor Service, Mediocre Food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013

My family went to eat breakfast on a Sunday morning. We were placed on a wait list for a table for 4. The restaurant was not crowded and obviously under staffed. We were behind a group of 7. We waited for at least 25 minutes when the waitress allowed the 7 person group to increase their party to 21 because their friends had showed up. Therefore our wait time went up tremendously. We asked to speak to the manager and was treated very rude by the hostess who informed us that there was no manager. We asked to speak to the owner but was told no because he was busy. Incredibly poorly managed restaurant with an idiot hostess. Food was mediocre. The last owner did a great job and had great food. The owner never apologized. Obviously, he could care less about customer service.
